Our stainless steel Superlok tube & pipe fittings are manufactured from dual certified 316/316L material for improved corrosion resistance. We are able to provide EN10204-3.1material test reports for our parts at no additional cost. Bar stock material meets ASTM A479 & A276 standards and forgings meet ASTM 182 standards
MACHINIng
Superlok tube & pipe fittings are made on quality machines that provide an excellent surface finish. The contact point between the body bevel and front ferrule of a tube fitting is integral in providing a leak tight seal. The high quality surface finish of the body bevel on Superlok tube fittings ensures reliable engagement with the front ferrule upon make-up. The smooth ID surface finish helps maintain a cleaner system overall
